Tinkertoy Week and Zach w/Apple Sideburns

It's been one of those weeks. The tinkertoys have been everywhere, and everyone has really gotten into the whole design-build craze. Kaz seems to have quite the gift.

In addition, Zach has been experimenting with what foods stick, and what foods don't stick, to various parts of his head. He's had success with bananas (of course) and apple slices (shown here). We had to stop him tonight from putting frozen blueberries in his hair. He's also very curious about what objects will fit into his ears (no pictures yet).

Zach Pretending to Rest

Zach loves this pillow and takes it everywhere. He'll throw it down, fall on it, and pretend to rest. He's just as silly as his brothers.

Halloween at Day Care

I took the day off and went trick or treating with Terri and the kids from day care on Friday. What a blast, but quite tiring. Kaz was an astronaut, Max was Batman, and Zach was Elvis, of course. As far as candy goes, they cleaned up! I think each kid came back with about five pounds of candy.

Kaz and Max then went with Terri Friday night in the neighborhood, and they came back with even more candy and $1.10 each. I stayed home with Zach and waited for trick or treaters, but none came. That makes two years in a row with no kids. What a bummer.
