Visit to Gram and Pappa's

We had fun with Gram and Pappa this past weekend, but I think their living room aged two years during the visit. Nini waged a relentless attack on the coffee table, and Kaz, Max, and Zach thought the two chairs were part of a Ninja Warrior course (check out G4 network sometime). In between timeouts everyone had a really good time. Max the Lego Master was able to put together a 356-Lego-piece version of the Millenium Falcon (which is just so sweet), and Kax had fun with the other Legos Gram had found for him. He also spent a little time with Nini.

It's quite remarkable what you can eat with one tooth.

Simone's Stegosaurus

Our neighbor Simone made a stegosaurus for the boys after our snow storm last week. It got covered up on Friday night when we got another three inches of snow, but we uncovered him on Sunday. He was most appreciative.

Our Trip to Powder Valley

We just had to get out of the house and do something a little more strenuous than chasing the kids so we took a short trip to Powder Valley Conservation Area and walked/sloshed on one of the few open paths. Everyone loved the frog in the front of the center, but Max was smitten. We also enjoyed a sparkling conversation with a snow head on the path.
