Terri's Cousins!

We were visited this week by some of my out-of-town cousins! Rex was here from Florida. Richard and Debbie were in town from Colorado. They met the boys, and it was wonderful to see them.

Max and Kaz at Arthur's Picnic in the Park

We spent a few hours today at Arthur's Picnic in the Park (Forest Park), and Kaz and Max enjoyed sitting in a fire truck and sliding down a huge slide. Most everything else would have involved waiting in line an hour or so to spend five minutes in a tent with Super Why or some other character. We decided against that. We had fun nonetheless.

Kaz Loses His First Baby Tooth

Well, it finally happened--Kaz lost his first baby tooth (his mandibular left first incisor) on Thursday. He has one more that's ready to go any day now.

First Cardinals Game for Kaz and Max

Thanks to a friend, Kaz and Max went to their first Cardinals game last night (Zach stayed home with a sitter.) We saw a homerun and fireworks in the first inning, thanks to Ryan Ludwick, and we ate cotton candy, hot pretzels, and a sno-cone. We didn't figure out until the seventh inning that the best deal in the park is a $4 ice cream sandwich. Now we know. Anyway, the seats were fabulous, as you can tell from the photos, and Kaz and Max had a great time singing Take Me Out to the Ballgame. And the Cards won 7-4!!! What more could you want?
